Bestag is growing rapidly. We are currently being flooded with customer inquiries—and at the same time, we see numerous opportunities to further develop our business model and find the next 10x levers.
To that end, we are looking for exceptional talent to work directly with the founders and management.
Your mission
Your job is to confront ideas with reality as quickly as possible.
We work in two-week sprints: Together, we identify and prioritize the most exciting business experiments. You take responsibility for implementing them pragmatically and gathering real market feedback as quickly as possible.
Idea → Experiment → Market feedback → Decision.
If something works, we invest more energy and move into the growth phase. If it doesn't work, we stop immediately, document the learnings, and start the next experiment.
The topics can vary widely: new customer segments, sales channels, partnerships, products, processes, pricing, AI & automation, or entirely new business ideas.
What you will do
- Identify business ideas and 10x levers together with the founders and management
- Prioritize experiments and build concrete 2-week sprints from them
- Test hypotheses in the market quickly and pragmatically
- Reach out directly to customers, partners, and other market participants
- Develop prototypes and simple MVPs
- Analyze results and derive clear recommendations: Scale, iterate or stop
- Transition successful experiments into the next growth phase
- Consistently use AI and new tools to learn and execute faster
Who we are looking for
We aren't looking for a specific resume so much as a specific personality.
You are energetic, curious, and full of drive. You constantly have new thoughts and ideas – but you can also prioritize and see things through to completion.
You don't wait for someone to explain how something works. You research, ask questions, experiment, and find a way.
You think like an entrepreneur, work in a structured and pragmatic way, and don't get lost in perfectionism or details. You thrive on speed, ownership, and real market feedback.
You are currently pursuing or have already completed a degree. Whether you are a bachelor's graduate, taking a gap year, looking for an internship, or your first permanent position is secondary to us – what matters is talent, energy, and your learning curve.
Excellent German is a requirement. French is a plus, but not a must.
What to expect
This is not a typical entry-level position and definitely not a job where you spend most of your time preparing PowerPoints for others.
You will work directly with the founders and management on Bestag's most important growth initiatives and receive plenty of freedom, responsibility, and direct access to the market.
We move fast, test often, and expect initiative. In return, you get an exceptionally broad insight into building and scaling a fast-growing Swiss company.
