Discover the experience of Bertrand E. from Vevey

Bestag (www.bestag.ch) is the first and only fact-based real estate service company I have encountered. A game changer.

Bestag (www.bestag.ch) is the first and only fact-based real estate service company I have encountered.

A game changer. If you intend to buy a proprety, you should definitely talk to them prior to signing, like I did.

Looking to buy a flat/house for a year or so, I had the opportunity to talk to many people, including traditional real-estate experts/professionals in an attempt to define a fair way to evaluate how much a property could be worth. No conversion gave me the comfort I was looking for. Price uncertainty was too high and it felt like the entire process was simply too subjective. It was, after all, not about buying an expensive cloth or even a car, but a house - with a margin of error in the price of many ten thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands of CHF.

That was until I met with Patrice Choffat from Bestag:

1) The first thing that struck me was his mindset. To the contrary of how the industry works - no offence here but this is my experience - Patrice is providing a totally independent, transparent, client-orientated approach with strong work standards, which is incremental in a market as illiquid and heterogeneous as real estate.

2) Second he offer a FACT BASED approach, i.e. he will give you a list of real, confirmed facts to help you understand the proper price of the flat/house you are looking to buy.

3) Third he masters all the negotiations tactics and articulate them clearly which gives you the final edge you need to get the best possible price to bid the property you want. In a nutshell Patrice offers a very strong process that will allow you to estimate as precisely as possible the fair price of the property you are looking to buy. Happy to provide more feedback if required.
